Step-by-step guide to connect your Smily account with GuestReply

How to authenticate the integration

We'll show you how to connect your Smily account with GuestReply using our private app integration.

Step 1: Open Apps Page in Smily

Open your Smily Account and navigate to Apps then scroll down to the end of the page.

Step 2: Add GuestReply Private App

Get the Private App Access Code for GuestReply:

Step 3: Verify Installation

GuestReply will now be visible in your Apps section.

Step 4: Connect Smily to GuestReply

Now, switch over to GuestReply app. After registering a new account, select Smily (BookingSync) from the list of available PMS integrations, and then click on Link Acccount.

Step 5: Grant Permissions

Click Allow to complete the authentication.

Integration Complete! Once you click Allow, GuestReply will start to automatically import and sync your listings and conversations from your Smily account.

Next Steps

After connecting your Smily account:

  • Configure sync settings in your GuestReply dashboard

  • Test the integration with a sample booking

  • Set up automated responses for your guests
